Reagan to Speak Before U.N. General Assembly

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will deliver a major address at the opening of the U.N. General Assembly on Sept. 26 and hold a series of bilateral meetings with foreign leaders during a two-day stay in New York, the White House announced Monday.
