They’re All Drinking From the Wrong Cup
Good grief. The main drift in the America’s Cup coverage was that the event was boring and not very newsworthy. So who forced the media, or anyone else, to be there? The main idea was for Dennis Conner to win, so there can be a real Cup race. That doesn’t mean Conner didn’t put in the time, energy or commitment.
Who are the Kiwis to “lose respect” for Conner? Who cares what they think? They’re just sore because so far they’ve been beaten at their own game.
