On L.A.’s Mean Streets

It’s about time that driver discourtesy is branded as the menace to public safety that it is. I applaud the law enforcement agencies for issuing citations for this blatant disregard for the law, but ultimately it is up to all of us as drivers in Southern California to begin to change our driving mind-set back toward civility and regard for our fellow human beings.

When we expand our minds to a level above worrying about who gets to the intersection first, we will all lead happier lives. Given that we are all here on this planet for only 80 years or less, maybe there are better things to spend our precious time on than driving hassles.
