Times Poll Shows Negative Attitudes Toward Immigrants

Share

I was surprised that the “experts, government officials and immigrant advocates expressed disappointment that immigration reforms have failed to alter that (negative) image.” Where have these “experts” been? Haven’t they heard people talk about how much they resent immigrants encroaching on our already overcrowded cities? How they have impacted our schools, traffic, jobs, public utilities and medical facilities?

There is a population distribution problem in this country. Most of the immigrants end up in Southern California. You don’t see many immigrants in the less populated states like North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Minnesota, Idaho, etc.
