Norman (Skip) Dillard, a former DePaul basketball star, was sentenced to 11 years in prison for committing 15 armed robberies in the Chicago area.
Dillard allegedly robbed 13 gas stations and 2 convenience stores to support his cocaine habit. He never got more than $500 in any one of the robberies, which netted him $3,200, police said.
