Local News in Brief : Pasadena Approves Slow-Growth Plans
The Pasadena Board of Directors has approved the outlines of an interim slow-growth plan that will limit the amount of new office space in the city for up to two years.
The action will allow the construction of 150,000 square feet of office space, but only in redevelopment areas.
The interim plan will be in place for up to two years while the board works on a permanent plan to limit residential and commercial growth in the city.
