Reputed Cocaine Dealer Held in Man’s Fiery Death

NEW YORK —
A reputed cocaine dealer was charged with second-degree murder for the death of a fellow crack merchant, who was doused with flammable liquid and set afire outside Madison Square Garden, police said. Robert Scott, 34, was charged Friday night with second-degree murder in the Oct. 1 death of Michael Howard, 29.
