World Stars in Legends Soccer Match

Four World Cup soccer stars have accepted invitations to play in The Legends match to be held on Oct. 29 at Giants Stadium, the United States Soccer Federation announced.

Peru’s Cesar Cueto and Canada’s Bruce Wilson will suit up for The Americas team, while England’s Kevin Keegan and Poland’s Gregorz Lato will play for the Rest of the World squad.

Also expected to participate are West Germany’s Franz Beckenbauer and Ireland’s George Best. The game will be preceded by a mini-World Cup tournament of youth teams.
