Former Raider quarterback Marc Wilson may find himself backing up Rusty Hilger again.
The Detroit Lions, learning that a knee injury will sideline quarterback Chuck Long for 3 to 6 weeks, said they would sign either Wilson or former Chicago Bear Steve Fuller this week.
Hilger, released by the Raiders last summer and acquired by the Lions last week to fill the void created when backup quarterback Eric Hipple broke his left ankle, will start against the New York Giants Sunday.
