Steve Kinser Wraps Up Outlaws Title
Steve Kinser of Bloomington clinched his 9th World of Outlaws season championship in 11 years Thursday night by winning a 20-lap qualifying event on the opening night of the Pacific Coast Nationals at Ascot Park.
Kinser, starting on the outside of the front row, took the lead from Sammy Swindell on the opening lap and held it. More than $100,000 is at stake in three nights of racing.
