Renters are still getting a charge out of “*batteries not included” (No. 2), which figured to do good business--but not this good. “Cinderella,” which is No. 9 on the rental chart, took over the top spot of the Billboard magazine sales chart, which measures sales to retailers and distributors. “She’s Having a Baby,” part of the baby-movie boom, is doing well--No. 10--on the rental chart. So is the body-switching comedy “Vice Versa” (No. 17). “Shakedown,” the urban action movie starring Peter Weller and Sam Elliott, debuted at No. 20 and has Top 10 potential. Director Wes Craven’s “The Serpent and the Rainbow” entered the chart at No. 22 but it’s already No. 1 on the unofficial horror chart. Home-video horror buffs have been eagerly awaiting this one. “The Last Emperor” (No. 7) is still one of the kingpins of the rental chart.

* An expensive box-office disappointment, “Rambo III” is just the kind of movie that fans would wait to watch on home video. Look for Sly Stallone’s latest macho adventure, which debuted at No. 15, to blow away the rest of the rental Top Five in the next week or two.
