22-Year-Old Woman Is Found Strangled
A 22-year-old, partly clothed woman was found strangled late Sunday in San Diego, a sheriff’s spokesman said.
The woman’s name is being withheld pending notification of family, Lt. Alan Fulmer said.
A driver, who was making a U-turn at 32nd and C streets, saw the body and reported it to the Sheriff’s Department at 11:30 p.m., Fulmer said.
There were no arrests, and the investigation is continuing.
