3 Killed, 17 Hurt in Crash of Church Van in Virginia

RICHMOND, Va. — A church van crashed Saturday while carrying relatives to visit inmates at Nottoway Correctional Center, killing three people and injuring 17 others, police said. No other vehicle was involved in the accident on U.S. 360, an officer said. About 21 people were in the van.
