Like millions of Americans, Garry Shandling will cast his vote on Tuesday and then keep tab on the election returns that night. The difference is that Shandling plans to watch the returns during a live election-themed edition of his “It’s Garry Shandling’s Show” Tuesday at 8 p.m. on Showtime cable.

Shandling began his third season on Showtime in October. His comedy series also airs Sundays at 9 p.m. (10 p.m. this Sunday) on the Fox network (Channels 11 and 6).
