MARVIN MITCHELSON

Share

Now that the witnesses for the prosecution of Marvin Mitchelson have been heard, I’d like to speak for the defense. A few years ago I saw Mr. Mitchelson and his wife regularly at a mutual friend’s house. Recently divorced, I was finding it difficult financially to raise my two young daughters on the settlement my attorney had obtained for me. Our hostess/friend told Mr. Mitchelson of my plight, and one evening at a dinner party he asked me to come into his office as he was sure he could get my child support increased. I tried to explain that I simply couldn’t afford to have him represent me, but he said not to worry about his fee.

Not only did he improve my settlement by one-third, I have yet to receive a bill. I rest my case.
