Duarte : Council Officials Elected

Mayor John Hitt and Mayor Pro Tem Terry Michaelis were reelected to those positions last week by the City Council.
Councilman John Fasana, formerly vice chairman of the Redevelopment Agency, replaces Michaelis as chairman of that agency. Councilwoman Ginny Joyce was elected vice chairwoman.
Council members, who also serve as agency board members, can reorganize their ranks every November.
