Molecular Design, Glaxo and DEC in Joint Venture

San Leandro, Calif. — Molecular Design Ltd. said it has agreed with Glaxo Inc. and Digital Equipment Corp. to design workstation software for chemical information management and communication.

The software will feature a graphic user interface to allow seamless integration between workstation and mainframe applications. It will run on Digital’s Equipment’s VAX workstations.
