Location: Anderson Street and Pacific Coast Highway, Seal Beach

Description: Located on the south spit of Anaheim Bay, Surfside is a locked-gate residential community within Seal Beach. The sandy beach is home to ring-billed gulls and western gulls, a variety of shorebirds and Pismo clams.

Facilities: None.

Activities: Surfside is popular for surfing and swimming.

Access: Pedestrian and bicycle access is through the Anderson Street gate.

Parking: There is no public parking in Surfside.

Mass transit: OCTD route 1 stops at Anderson Street.
