It’s really official: Bruce Springsteen and estranged wife Julianne Phillips have agreed on a division of joint property and have signed papers to make their divorce final in three months, according to Philips lawyer, Arlene Colman-Schwimmer, who added Thursday that the financial details of the settlement are being kept confidential. Phillips, an actress-model, had appeared with Colman-Schwimmer in Los Angeles Superior Court Monday to sign the papers specifying the division of property, said the attorney. The divorce will be final March 1. Springsteen has no official comment on the matter, which his management company considers “his personal business.” Phillips, of Los Angeles, filed for divorce Aug. 30, citing irreconcilable differences. Under California law, Philips is entitled to 50% of all money and property acquired during the 3 1/2-year marriage. The couple were married in May, 1985.
