FAST BREAKS: Dionne Warwick and Ahmad Rashad are slated to be the co-hosts of the third annual “Soul Train Music Awards” on April 12 at the Shrine Auditorium. . . . Look for the original core of the British band Yes--Jon Anderson, Bill Bruford, Rick Wakeman and Steve Howe--to release a new album next spring on Arista Records. But for contractual reasons they can’t use that name. . . . Die-hard Grateful Dead fans (are there any other kind?) may want to tune in “Dead Head TV,” a half-hour cable show that airs monthly on five cable systems in Southern California. The show includes reviews, tour updates and other essential info for Deadheads. . . . The Stray Cats’ upcoming album, “Blast Off,” includes a remake of the Bobby Fuller classic, “I Fought the Law.” The trio is set to play a New Year’s Eve show at John Anson Ford Theatre.
