Jerrold R. Penrose has been named president of A. Epstein & Sons (California), a subsidiary of A. Epstein & Sons International, a Chicago-based, worldwide architectural, engineering and construction organization. Penrose previously was a principal in Kober Cedergreen Rippon, a Los Angeles design firm.
