Jim Colletto, Ohio State offensive coordinator, will interview today for the head coaching position at Texas El Paso.
“They have expressed an interest in talking with me, so I will go down there and talk with them,” said Colletto, who was Cal State Fullerton football coach from 1975-79.
UTEP was 10-3 this season, including a loss to Southern Mississippi in the Independence Bowl. Coach Bob Stull left to become coach at Missouri.
Colletto, 44, also has been offensive coordinator at Purdue and Arizona State.
