Local News in Brief : Veterans Office Opens in North Hollywood
An office geared toward assisting veterans with a variety of military-related problems has opened in North Hollywood.
The service is being offered by the Los Angeles County Military and Veterans Affairs Department. The office at 10850 Riverside Drive will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
The North Hollywood location will replace the county’s previous satellite office in Van Nuys, which was destroyed by fire last fall.
