U.S. Film Festival Prizes Announced

Grand prize winners of the United States Film Festival in Park City, Utah, were Al Reinert’s documentary on the Apollo space mission, “For All Mankind,” and Nancy Savoca’s portrait of marriage in the making, “True Love,” for best dramatic film.

Frank Martin’s biographical documentary, “John Huston,” and Jonathan Wack’s “Powwow Highway,” a comedy-drama whose heroes are a pair of Cheyenne Indians, captured the Filmmakers Trophy.

The audience award went to “For All Mankind” as well and Steven Soderbergh’s “sex, lies and videotape,” a study of interrelationships.
