San Diego vice officers arrested the owner of Hong’s Holistic Acupressure, 4938 El Cajon Blvd., early Monday afternoon on suspicion of operating a house of prostitution, Sgt. Nate Caplan said.
Police began the undercover operation three months ago, after citizen complaints that they had been solicited for prostitution at the establishment.
Detectives also arrested three employees at the firm’s branches at 3258 El Cajon Blvd. and 2528 University Ave.
Chong Yi, 48, was arrested on suspicion of three counts of operating a house of prostitution. His employees, Myoung Cannon, 37; Linda Rogers, 41, and Sun Alexander, 29, were arrested on suspicion of multiple counts of soliciting prostitution.
Immigration and Naturalization Service investigators accompanied vice unit detectives and are conducting a concurrent investigation.
