Franz L. Worth was named president of Resdel Engineering Corp., succeeding Stanley K. Weissberg, who resigned. Before joining Resdel, Worth held the positions of chief executive officer of HTL Industries Inc., a subsidiary of Allegheny, a manufacturer of aerospace components and systems, and general manager of the Pasadena division of Kratos, also an aerospace manufacturer. Resdel Engineering, a subsidiary of Newport Beach-based Resdel Industries, supplies high-frequency, microwave and digital subsystems and components for avionics, security, electronic warfare and anti-submarine warfare systems to the U.S. government.
