UCLA Women Defeat Arizona, 75-64

UCLA women’s basketball team broke a five-game losing streak, by defeating Arizona, 75-64, in a Pacific 10 Conference game Sunday night at Tucson, Ariz.
The Bruins were led by junior forward Sandra Van Embricqs, who had 21 points and nine rebounds. Freshman center Molly Tideback added 20 points, 16 coming in the second half, and Rochelle Roulier had 18 points.
After trailing 26-22 at halftime, the Bruins went on a 14-5 run in the first 3:23 of the second half to take control.
UCLA is 6-6 in the Pac-10 and 10-12 overall. Arizona is 3-10 and 8-15.
