Two Southland Projects Win Commercial Builders Awards

Two Southern California projects were honored at the recent National Commercial Builders Council Awards of Excellence banquet.

The Bank of A. Levy headquarters in Ventura won a merit award for best office project smaller than 50,000 square feet. The architect was Rossetti Associates of Santa Monica and the contractor was Peck/Jones Construction of Los Angeles.

The Park Beyond the Park in Torrance won the Award of Excellence for the best industrial project over 50,000 square feet. The developer was Jerry L. Conrow of Torrance, the designer was Benton, Park, Candreva Architects Associates of Santa Monica and the contractor was Del Amo Construction Inc. of Torrance.
