The critically acclaimed real-life police series, “Cops,” which debuted Jan. 7 on seven Fox Broadcasting Co. stations, will join Fox’s regular Saturday-night lineup March 11. The 9 p.m. premiere episode will be one-hour; subsequent episodes will air from 9-9:30 p.m., followed by “Beyond Tomorrow” in a new 9:30 p.m. time slot. “Cops,” which rated second in the 8 p.m. time slot during a five-night run in Los Angeles, follows the personal and professional lives of deputy sheriffs in Broward County, Fla.
