Dave Shula and Dave Wannstedt will join Johnson as assistant coaches with the Cowboys.

Shula, son of Miami Dolphin Coach Don Shula, resigned after seven seasons with his father’s National Football League club. Wannstedt, the defensive coordinator under Johnson at Miami, had recently joined the Dolphin staff.
