St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Danny Cox, apparently frustrated over yet another injury to his right arm, grabbed a television cameraman by the throat and shoved him backward over a chair at Lambert Airport in St. Louis.

Frank Scalise, the TV cameraman, said Cox called later to apologize.

Scalise said that Cox said in the phone conversation that he was extremely frustrated, not knowing what his future holds.
