Oklahoma basketball guard Mookie Blaylock pleaded no contest to an amended charge of disturbing the peace and was given a six-month deferred sentence by a municipal judge in Norman, Okla.

Blaylock was arrested Sunday on a complaint of public intoxication at a convenience store. Oklahoma officials suspended Blaylock from Friday’s Big Eight tournament game against Colorado.
