Police are looking for a white male, described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and shabbily dressed, who robbed the Imperial Savings bank in the 5000 block of Balboa Avenue on Monday, in what authorities suspect is his second bank robbery in San Diego in the past four days.

The man, who police said is missing several teeth in the left side of his mouth and was wearing jeans and an Army-style jacket Monday, ran through the rear entrance of the bank with $753. He had confronted the teller with a demand note, then opened his jacket to reveal a pistol, police said.

Police believe the same man robbed the San Diego Trust & Savings Bank in the 1900 block of Garnet Avenue on March 10, escaping with $535.
