Kennedy Dean Named

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. —
Robert D. Putnam, a government professor at Harvard University, was named Monday as the next dean of the university’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Putnam, 48, will succeed Graham T. Allison Jr.
