In a restructuring of the distribution arm of the motion picture division of 20th Century Fox Film Corp., Bruce Snyder has been named president-domestic distribution, and Richard Myerson has been named executive vice president and general sales manager. Snyder previously was senior vice president and general sales manager-East region. Myerson previously was senior vice president and general sales manager-West region.
