Exhibition Will Showcase New International Foods

The Southern California Grocers Assn. will present California Now, a food exhibition showcasing new and internationally flavored foods this weekend from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Fairplex, Los Angeles County Fairgrounds in Pomona.

This food marketplace will offer participants the opportunity to preview and sample the newest and most exotic international, gourmet and deli foods, beverages and health and beauty aids, plus some general merchandise items.

Some of the unusual items include bean chips, exotic species of edible mushrooms, non-spoiling tofu products including frankfurters, flavored non-dairy creamers, non-alcoholic wines and beers, vegetarian burgers and rich ice cream.
