SportScope : ESPN Picks Up Ascot Midget Auto Races
ESPN will air eight midget races from Ascot Park this spring, raceway officials have announced. The ESPN U.S. Auto Club Thunder Series from Ascot premieres April 6 at 7 p.m. with a 90-minute show featuring racing in USAC western states competition. Four shows on the cable network are slated for April, three in May and one in June.
