Beckman Instruments in Fullerton announced the appointment of Dennis Wilson, 53, to the newly established position of vice president, financial services, effective April 15. He will be responsible for the company’s treasury, tax and insurance management. Wilson previously was vice president of corporate accounting and assistant controller with SmithKline Beckman in Philadelphia, having transferred there from Beckman in 1984.
