Culver City : Construction Ban Upheld
After going into executive session to review a recently imposed 90-day ban on the construction of apartments with four or more units, the City Council voted to uphold the ordinance and deny an appeal from three developers seeking exemptions from the moratorium.
In addition to the ban on apartments with four or more units, the interim ordinance also imposes size limits and open-space requirements for buildings with two or three units.
