Several memorial ceremonies will be held over the three-day weekend. Starting off the observances will be a continuous reading of the names of those killed or declared missing in action in the Vietnam War, at 4 p.m. today at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Old Town at San Diego Avenue and Twiggs Street.
