Lockheed Corp. announced the promotion of several executives in the international departments of the aerospace giant.

Rudolph Perez was appointed director of international marketing, and Dennis Brining was named director of new business development. Both are new positions at Lockheed’s Calabasas headquarters.

Also, Robert Clifford was promoted to regional vice president for Europe and Africa, succeeding Perez. Robert Wintringer, formerly vice president of Southeast Asia, was named regional vice president for Asia-Pacific at Lockheed Aircraft (Asia) Ltd. He is based in Bangkok.

K. Y. Chen, a Hong Kong-based director for central Asia, will assume new responsibilities for marketing support in Singapore and China. Frank Simpson, Latin America director, will establish a field office in the Atlanta area. Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Co., the aircraft unit of Lockheed, has a plant in nearby Marietta.
