Passenger Killed When Truck Flips

A 24-year-old man was killed early Saturday when the truck he was riding in overturned on the on-ramp from Camino Capistrano to northbound Interstate 5 in San Juan Capistrano, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Andrew Sanchez of San Juan Capistrano was crushed to death when the truck flipped over and fell into a ditch about 2:45 a.m., CHP officials said.
The pickup’s driver, identified by the CHP as Raul Macias of San Juan Capistrano, was arrested on suspicion of felony drunk driving.
