Collins Foods International: Net income for the year ended April 30 rose 13% to $28.5 million. Revenue dropped to $541.7 million from $566.5 million. Officials of the Los Angeles restaurant operator and franchiser said its Sizzler and International divisions contributed to the improved performance, although its domestic Kentucky Fried Chicken division was hurt somewhat by increased chicken prices and a higher minimum wage in California and Washington state.
