Minor Quake Hits Kansas

PALCO, Kan. —
An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 rattled parts of north-central Kansas on Friday, but no serious damage or injuries were reported, authorities said. The temblor was centered about six miles southeast of Palco and was felt there and in Plainville.
