Fountain Valley : 70,000 Expected at Fiesta to Celebrate 4th of July

About 70,000 people are expected to attend the 7th Annual Orange County Fiesta, which will be held during the 4th of July holiday weekend at Mile Square Park.
The six-day event begins Thursday and ends on July 4. A series of musical groups are scheduled to perform, including 1950s and ‘60s singing groups, the Coasters and Platters.
In addition, there will be a carnival with rides, and a special arts-and-crafts festival.
The fiesta will be open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight, except on Thursday, when the gates open at 5 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for seniors 55 or older and uniformed military personnel and $1 for children ages 6 to 10, with those under 5 admitted free.
