Light-Heavyweights to Fight in Irvine
Light-heavyweights Mark Kaylor of England and Jerry Okorodudu of Nigeria will fight tonight in the main event of the monthly boxing program at the Irvine Marriott.
It will be the first fight in the United States for Kaylor (35-5), a former British middleweight champion. Okorodudu, a former light-heavyweight champion of Nigeria, is 19-6. He has been boxing in the United States for a year.
The first of six scheduled fights starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. in the hotel’s main ballroom.
