Triton Group Ltd. of La Jolla, has lifted its stake in Fuqua Industries, the Atlanta maker of lawn mowers and sporting goods, from 9.81% to 14%, or 3 million common shares.
Triton purchased 891,914 Fuqua shares as an investment between June 9 and June 27 for $29.75 to $30.77 each, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
