Share

Applications for admission are now being accepted at the School for American Chefs at Beringer Vineyards for the year 1990. Beginning March 4, 1990, the vineyard will offer scholarship seminars for 40 working chefs.

Ten two-week programs will be offered to all working chefs in the United States. To subsidize the scholarships for working chefs, a number of other educational seminars and culinary instruction will be offered to food and wine enthusiasts, to be taught by Madeleine Kamman and other well-known food authorities.

The classes will be held at the Beringer Culinary Arts Center at the winery estate in the Napa Valley. Chefs interested in applying for a scholarship should contact the School for American Chefs, Beringer Vineyards, 2000 Main St., P.O. Box 111, St. Helena, Calif. 94574. Deadline for applications is Sept. 1, 1989.
