Fall occupancy is expected for the first phase of the $13-million, 18-acre Victor Valley Home and Entertainment Center, under construction next to The Mall of Victor Valley in southwest Victorville.

Owner/Developer Robert Cahan said the project will be built in two phases, with 67,400 square feet of freeway-fronting showroom retail space for home furnishing retailers in the first increment. The second phase will have two 5,000-square-foot free-standing restaurant pads, a 10-screen movie theater and an additional 18,375 square feet of retail space.

The architect is the Nadel Partnership, Los Angeles. The leasing agent is Coldwell Banker’s Riverside office. Union Bank is providing project financing.
