An art installation made of debris found on the beach--which was removed last month from the lobby of the Wells Fargo Bank building in Newport Beach after numerous tenant complaints--will go on view Saturday at BC Space gallery in Laguna Beach as part of “The Third One Out,” an ecologically oriented exhibit.
